03 — about
The heart of this company is found in our name. Eagles remind us of strength, endurance, and American pride. And rivers signify connections. We are a proud Midwestern company with a vision to help people connect in enduring ways. During the pandemic, we’ve all seen the demand for high-speed internet grow exponentially across the country. We’re eager to be part of the solution for extending America’s infrastructure for speed and power into new areas and rural communities—as well as provide other utility solutions that make people’s lives better. Like the eagle that inspires us, we aim to rise above our competitors in the level of service we provide.
Zach Bertschi, President
Zach Bertschi is determined to bring a service that reaches and enriches the lives of the people that make up the backbone of America. His history has been a constant building process of experience and knowledge to make this dream a reality.
Bertschi began his professional career with Midwest Construction Services, later named Avenia, as the Fleet Manager for multiple divisions assigning equipment, trucks, and trailers to each department. He was responsible for equipment tracking for multiple job sites that could include 100 plus units per site as well as managing the shop, mechanics, and internal maintenance.
Following two and a half years with Avenia, Bertschi joined the construction division at Titan Machinery; focusing on selling construction equipment to contractors in the tri-state area. There, he was introduced to the job bidding process and the operation practices of companies at the local level.
In early 2011, Bertschi began working for MVM Contracting as a foreman in the field, running a variety of crews and learning the intricacies of the business. As he grew within MVM he eventually took on the Construction Manager role. As a Construction Manager, he was responsible for bidding jobs, scheduling crews, obtaining permits, and progress billing.
we strive for NEW HEIGHTS OF PARTNERSHIP.
